General Terms & Conditions

Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by A & M Barber Shop, owner Amir Osama, to customers.

Services

We provide barber and hairdressing services (haircuts, beard grooming, styling) at our shop in Berlin.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or on site.
• Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
• In case of no-show, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked service price.

Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed on our website and in our shop.
• All prices include VAT.
• Payment can be made in cash, by card, or online (if available).

Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. We do not accept liability for damages resulting from improper care after the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

Applicable Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
